I bet my blocking technic is not right but it almost worked.

Autumn runner waste
A weaving project is considered truly finished only with a loom waste dishcloth knitted.
This time I had two loom wastes - long from back beam and short from front beam.
I've knitted two dishcloths from the short threads only, which are not more than 6 inches each.
Long ones are saved for later...

Autumn runner
I am done with my Autumn runner for which I used every colour of my 5/2 cotton stash but one.
I called it Autumn runner but it also reminds me of bougainvillea. All I want to say is I love rep weave and I seem to have a nice set of stash.
Finished size is 34 x 175 cm

Regina Marie shawl II
Last Sunday I finished my Regina Marie shawlette. Nothing to show. I should have used either different yarn or needles. In any case the shawl is unwearable because of its size. It is cute, soft and... tiny.
I haven't frogged it yet, just put aside with the rest of sock yarn.
Yesterday i cast on a new one from a real lace yarn - KnitPicks Shimmer in Buttercream colour. Hopefully, I will have my shawl after all... in summer.

Brown cotton
I added 8 more grams to my cotton collection.
I thought that light brown cotton would become brown after boiling but it turned out more khaki than brown. Anyway, I love cotton, easy-to-spin one spins like a dream.
Next in my sample pack is carded SuPima.

Pima
Today I feel like an unfortunate child of a poor victorian family.
Plying pima cotton spun onto skewers using a pastry-box lazy-kate on a newly concocted spindle made of a jumbo wooden beed and a two-pointed needle.
Pima cotton was a part of a CottonClouds kit. It was my first attempt in carding. I spun singles too thin so to get something similar to 8/2 thickness I decided to 3-ply them.
