Something new

Love to try as many crafts as possible :)
This time - basket weaving.
Was looking at kits for a very long time and finally bought a-five-piece one from here.
Started from the first one in the booklet - original. I think this one supposed to be the easiest.
Took me two weaving "sessions" to finish. First day I wove the basket itself and on the second (two weeks later) I did the rim.
They provide pretty good instuctions. I even did not consult youtube! :)
Love the process, the only down thing is making the rim was too hard on my wrists. Maybe I was putting too much pressure trying to hold everything together.

Anyway, next stop - melon basket, after my hands are well again.
